The business behind the party.
FeteDesk keeps the money, people and promises behind your fete in one place: budgets and supplier balances, ticket payouts, sponsor commitments and the event-day run sheet. Built for promoters who are tired of running a fete out of WhatsApp threads and three spreadsheets.
Sign up free and set up your event drafts. Paid event passes aren’t available yet.
Are we ready, what’s outstanding, and what are we actually making?
Are we ready
Readiness comes from the checklist you actually ticked, with the maths shown. Critical blockers sit apart, so 90% can never hide the missing ambulance.
What’s outstanding
Deposits due, balances unpaid, payouts not yet landed, tequila still to collect, sponsor posts still owed. One list, ranked by what bites first.
What we’re making
Projected profit, profit recorded so far and cash in hand, each with its formula on screen. Money you put in yourself never shows up as profit.
Every dollar. Every detail.
Tickets sold and money received are different numbers, and FeteDesk keeps them apart. Record sales by hand or import your ticketing platform’s CSV with a preview and duplicate protection, then log payouts as they hit the bank.
Every amount carries its currency code. TTD, BBD, USD, XCD, JMD and GYD are never added together.
| Ticket channel | Net sales | Received | Still to come |
|---|---|---|---|
| Online ticketing | TTD 69,230.60 | TTD 30,000.00 | TTD 39,230.60 |
| Ticket outlet | TTD 6,300.00 | TTD 6,300.00 | TTD 0.00 |

Who’s getting paid
DJs, sound, security, EMT, cleaners: each booking carries its fee, deposit and balance dates, linked to one cost line so nothing is typed twice. Part payments, receipts and foreign-currency payments with the rate you used are all kept.
Crew see their call times and tasks. Fees and profit stay with finance.
| Supplier | Agreed | Paid | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sound and lighting | TTD 9,500.00 | TTD 4,000.00 | Part paid |
| Headline DJ | TTD 3,500.00 | TTD 0.00 | Deposit overdue |
| EMT and ambulance | TTD 2,200.00 | TTD 2,200.00 | Paid in full |
Example figures for illustration.
Sponsor commitments
Cash, product and services, tracked both ways: what each brand still owes the event, and every logo, post, stage mention and activation space the event owes back. Product deliveries can arrive in parts.
In-kind value stays out of cash profit. If donated water replaces water you’d have bought, you link it to that cost and the forecast drops in plain sight.

From first release to last call.
Early Bird, General, a late release named whatever your crowd calls it, VIP, group packages, tables and a guest list. Packages count admissions once. Comps count toward capacity, never toward revenue.

Close the books. Plan the next one.
The wrap-up checks payouts against sales, open supplier balances and sponsor obligations, compares budget with final costs, and keeps your lessons learned. When the next edition comes round, duplicate the structure with new dates and none of the old money or ticks.

Questions
Who is FeteDesk for?
Independent promoters and small event teams running fetes, cooler parties, breakfast parties, boat rides, all-inclusives and concerts across the Caribbean.
Does FeteDesk sell tickets?
No. Keep using your ticketing platform. FeteDesk records or imports those sales and tracks the payouts, so you can see what’s been sold versus what’s actually reached your account.
Can my crew use it without seeing the money?
Yes. Crew see their tasks, the run sheet and contacts for the events they’re on. Supplier fees and profit are limited to owners, event managers and finance.
Which currencies does it support?
TTD, BBD, USD, XCD, JMD and GYD, always shown with the currency code. Each event has one base currency, and foreign-currency payments are converted at the rate you enter.
Who can see my event data?
Only members of your organisation, according to the roles you give them. Platform administrators don’t have access to your events, budgets or files.
What does it cost?
There’s no billing during the invitation-only beta.
